Allen Iverson, former NBA star returned his kids to ex-wife Tawanna after she filed a case alleging the ex-superstar had their kids held in an Atlanta Hotel. The whole issue was ignited when Iverson refused to hand over the kids on a set swap date.
Allen told the judge that Tawanna had full access to the kids while they were in the hotel and doesn’t believe he has done anything wrong. She later testified that she could have picked the kids but didn’t want to drive 45 minutes to the hotel. Wowza!!! …Guess it took only 5 minutes to complete the filing process.
The judge decided it was useless to charge Papa… even though Tawanna requested the judge to throw him in jail before the hearing.
It is kind of funny because reports from an insider say, the two were working things out and Tawanna had accepted Allen to spend more time with the kids.
