Earlier this summer, Judge Robert Gettleman wrote that he has seen evidence that Trudeau is living a much more Luxurious life than the broke man he professes to be. He witnessed this by saying that Trudeau uses top-dollar attorneys and that he drives a $340,000 Bentley in addition to employing two personal chefs plus his suburban Chicago home based butler.
Kevin Trudeau’s lawyer (Thomas Kirsch) asked the Judge (Robert Gettleman) to reconsider, telling them that Trudeau doesn't have the $37 million he was extracted to pay as a penalty five years ago. The judge told Kirsh that he is asking for Trudeau's honesty, and has not got it yet.
These long-time standing legal difficulties on the infomercial king started from his book called "The Weight-Loss Cure", which he falsely advertised as giving simple solutions on how to lose weight.
It is said that If Kevin Trudeau ever pays the fine, the money shall be shared among readers who purchased the book.
